Edgecore Networks, a leader in innovative network solutions for enterprises, data centers, and telecommunication service providers, has officially announced a partnership with Aprecomm, the leading intuitive networks and customer experience platform provider.
Under the agreed terms, all Edgecore Networks Wi-Fi 6 access points, focused on the unique needs of businesses, enterprises, network service providers, and organizations across various industries, will include 12 months’ access to Aprecomm’s Virtual Wireless Expert (VWE) customer experience (CX) optimization application.
More on that would reveal how, starting from March 1, 2025, Edgecore Networks Wi-Fi 6 AP customers can seamlessly activate Aprecomm’s VWE application through the former’s ecCLOUD. Once they do so, they will also unlock one year of complimentary access.
Making the whole proposition even more attractive is a fact that the offer applies to both existing customers who have purchased EAP101, EAP102, EAP104, EAP111, EAP112, and OAP101 APs, as well as new customers who purchase any of these models before December 31, 2025.
Talk about Aprecomm’s Virtual Wireless Expert (VWE) customer experience (CX) optimization application on a slightly deeper level, it has been meticulously designed to deliver self-healing and self-optimization capabilities at the disposal of Wi-Fi networks. You see, the technology can generate granular-level insights on network, device, and application performance, along with tools to automate customer support workflows for seamless service delivery.
These advanced analytics, and the consequential automation, also tread up a long distance to let network managers monitor proceedings at the application level, thus ensuring intelligent bandwidth prioritization for optimal Wi-Fi performance. Not just on networks, the stated technology also brings comprehensive analytics on user behavior so to help businesses across the board better understand usage patterns and improve service quality.
Now, with such a lowdown available, Aprecomm’s VWE solution naturally minimizes potential disruptions, as well. Joining that would be a straightforward and intuitive interface which, on its part, simplifies complex network management tasks to open up its prospects even for non-technical users.
“We’re excited to build on our partnership with Edgecore Networks and bring this compelling hardware plus software bundle,” said Pramod Gummaraj, Founder & CEO of Aprecomm. “Businesses and enterprises worldwide are looking to AI to automate processes and generate operational efficiencies; this solution ensures that every customer deploying Edgecore Networks Wi-Fi 6 access points has access to tools that can boost network performance and automate their customer support infrastructure.”
The development in question delivers a rather interesting follow-up to an existing relationship between Edgecore and Aprecomm. Since 2022, the companies have worked together to drive innovation in the network intelligence space. This they have largely managed to do by combining the power of cloud, AI, and machine learning.
Among other things, we ought to mention how the longstanding partners have already enhanced network performance and user satisfaction for many of Edgecore Network’s Wi-Fi customers through intelligent self-optimization and self-healing capabilities.
Beyond its technological process, Aprecomm emerges as an ideal partner here also because of its present scale. The company, at the moment, is responsible for overseeing 7 million home and business locations, while simultaneously fulfilling its partnership obligations with more than 45 service providers worldwide.
“At Edgecore Networks, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions that provide exceptional value and performance,” said TengTai Hsu, Vice President of Edgecore Networks. “Through our partnership with Aprecomm, we’re empowering MSPs, ISPs, enterprises, and businesses in various sectors to leverage cutting-edge AI-powered tools that simplify network management, enhance user experiences, and optimize operations. This collaboration reflects our dedication to providing intelligent, cost-effective solutions that address the challenges of today’s rapidly evolving connectivity landscape.”
