Catapulting Your Telecom Infrastructure to Discover a More Advanced Version of Itself

C1, the global technology solution provider elevating connected human experiences, has officially announced the launch of a new solutions suite, which is designed to help organizations modernize communications without risk, enhance network performance and resiliency, and strengthen security programs.

Deployed and managed by C1’s managed and professional services that accelerate time to value at a significantly lower cost, this new suite of solutions is actively spread across three main areas i.e. communications, infrastructure, and security.

Talk about each area one a slightly deeper level, we begin with communications, where C1 has introduced a solution called RingCentral RingEX Powered By C1CX. This one happens to be an AI-powered unified communications solution engineered to maintain seamless and efficient connectivity among teams. The next solution unveiled within the communications ecosystem would be RingCentral RingCX Powered By C1CX, which is an AI-powered contact center solution that facilitates a modern, omnichannel customer experience.

Moving onto the new suite’s focus on infrastructure, it is put on display through the introduction of C1 Managed Internal Broadband Services (MIBS) that are made to monitor, administer, manage, and operate broadband services. By doing so, the idea here is to significantly enhance resiliency at reduced costs for K-12 organizations.

Another infrastructure-focused solution is C1’s all-new Total Security Network, which will try and target public sector, finance, healthcare, hospitality, transportation, and logistics industries. For these industries, the stated network will combine Extreme and Verkada technologies with C1’s expertise to deliver top-tier physical security powered by an industry-leading network.

“Businesses depend on their technology infrastructure more than ever, but IT complexity is high. Coupled with the rapid pace of innovation, this has made the situation unmanageable for most organizations. To achieve business outcomes, advanced communications, networking, and security systems are essential to allow users to work securely from anywhere without causing disruptions or risks,” said Omar Bhatti, Chief Customer Officer of C1. “C1’s proven managed and professional services have the unique ability to work closely with clients to define their desired business outcomes, then customize each implementation to rapidly and safely enable them to meet those goals.”

Rounding up highlights is the security side of things where C1 has launched a Risk Mitigation Solution Suite (RMSS). In essence, this suite packs together WAVES Security, Asset Management-as-a-Service (AMaaS), and Vulnerability Management-as-a-Service (VMaaS), each component coming together to offer a straightforward approach towards asset inventory, vulnerability identification, and prioritized risk mitigation.

Joining that would be C1 Managed Next-Generation Firewalls that combine Managed Services with Palo Alto Networks’ machine learning-powered NGFWs to provide industry-leading protection, compliance assurance, and business resiliency.

“In a recent ZK Research study, 93% of organizations stated their IT infrastructure is more important to business operations than two years ago. This is why modernizing technology has become a critical initiative for companies of all sizes. However, in that same time frame 80% report the environment is more complex. Success with IT is dependent on ensuring technology is not deployed in silos – everything must work together as what happens in the network affects security, which impacts communications and so on,” said Zeus Kerravala, Chief Analyst at ZK Research.

Founded in 1993, C1’s rise up the ranks stems from being a global technology solution provider who transforms industries through innovative and secure connected experiences, impacting customers, teams, and communities worldwide. The company’s excellence in what it does can also be understood once you consider it currently serves more than 6,000 customers, including Fortune 1000 companies and several public sector organizations.
