More on the same would reveal how the device in question is a compact, user-friendly Cellular Bluetooth gateway that features embedded 4G cellular module, while simultaneously delivering at your disposal superior Bluetooth performance. Quite similar to any other Cassia enterprise Bluetooth gateways, the M2000 also supports Bluetooth roaming and locationing. Taking an even deeper view of the M2000, it has a communication range of up to 150 meters with a Bluetooth 4.x device in an open space line of sight. This can be further extended further through a Bluetooth 5.0 device. Next up, we must dig into its capacity, which is good enough to hold a maximum of around 10 simultaneous bi-directional connections with Bluetooth low energy devices. Alongside the stated capacity, this new device also has the ability to scan hundreds of Bluetooth devices and deliver the required support for Cassia’s PureScan™ Mode.
